Position Purpose
The Associate Brand & Marketing Manager supports the development, execution, and optimization of TAIT's brand and marketing initiatives. This role plays a key part in maintaining a consistent and compelling brand presence across digital channels, with a strong focus on social media management, content creation, and creative production. The position collaborates closely with internal teams to elevate TAIT's storytelling through engaging visual, graphic, and multimedia content.
Responsibilities
Social Media Management & Analytics
Manage day-to-day operations of TAIT's social media channels, including content drafting, scheduling, posting, and community engagement
Monitor social media activity, trends, and audience interactions to ensure timely and relevant responses
Track, analyze, and report on social performance metrics monthly, quarterly and annually, providing actionable insights and recommendations
Maintain a consistent brand voice and visual identity across all platforms
Creative Graphic Design Support
Assist in the development and execution of brand and commercial graphic design projects
Create and adapt visual assets for digital, social, and marketing campaigns in alignment with brand standards
creative Photo & Video Production
Support the planning, shooting, and editing of brand, commercial and internal photo and video projects
Assist in producing high-quality multimedia content for social media, campaigns, and internal use
Manage and organize digital media assets for easy access and reuse
Content Development & Campaign Support
Contribute to content ideation and campaign development aligned with marketing objectives
Assist in executing integrated marketing initiatives across digital channels
Ensure all content aligns with brand strategy and messaging
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with marketing, creative, and commercial teams to support broader brand initiatives
Coordinate with external vendors or partners as needed for creative production
Position Requirements
2-4 years of experience in marketing, public relations or communications
Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, public relations, or a related field
Excellent writing and communication skills
Strong understanding of social media (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube) and the latest trends
Creative problem-solving abilities and adaptability in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Team-oriented with a collaborative mindset
Willingness to travel (internationally and regionally) occasionally
