You will: Drive occupancy growth through lead generation, tours, and conversions Build and maintain strong referral relationships (hospitals, rehab centers, physicians, community partners) Conduct professional, personalized tours that convert prospects into residents Execute follow-up strategies that move leads through the sales funnel Plan and lead community events and outreach initiatives Track and manage leads through the CRM/ATS system Partner closely with the Executive Director to meet and exceed census goals Core Responsibilities Maintain and grow a consistent lead pipeline Achieve and sustain target occupancy levels Manage inquiries, tours, and move-in coordination Deliver exceptional customer experience from first contact to move-in Analyze conversion metrics and adjust strategy as needed Represent the community with professionalism in all external interactions What We're Looking For Proven experience in senior living sales (AL/MC preferred) OR strong B2C/B2B sales background Demonstrated ability to close and hit occupancy or revenue targets Strong relationship-building and networking skills Highly organized with excellent follow-up discipline Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and competitive mindset Ability to work independently while collaborating with leadership Passion for serving seniors and their families Our Core Values in Action We don't just talk about culturewe build it: Serve with Heart - Build meaningful connections Serve with Purpose - Drive results that matter Serve with Courage - Own your goals and outcomes Have Fun While Serving - Create an engaging, positive environment What Our Team Says It truly feels like a family at Charter.
