Job Description:
The Field Marketing Coordinator is responsible for supporting regional marketing programs with a strong focus on execution, data management, and operational efficiency.
This role ensures seamless campaign and event execution by managing data accuracy, supporting communications, and coordinating sponsorship and event logistics. It is ideal for someone detail-oriented who thrives in a fast-paced, execution-driven environment.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain accurate campaign, event, and lead data across systems.
Perform data entry, list imports, and data cleansing to ensure completeness and accuracy.
Support lead routing, tracking, and follow-up processes in collaboration with sales teams.
Track campaign and event performance metrics and assist in reporting.
Ensure proper attribution of leads and maintain data hygiene aligned with compliance standards.
Assist in building, scheduling, and distributing marketing and internal communications.
Update and maintain content for event pages, registration platforms, and communication channels.
Ensure consistency in messaging and branding across all marketing assets.
Provide logistical and administrative support for sponsorship activations and field events.
Manage attendee lists, invitations, confirmations, and onsite event coordination.
Coordinate with vendors for materials, shipping, and event requirements.
Support post-event activities including data uploads, reporting, and follow-ups.
Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, sales, operations) to ensure alignment.
Track timelines, deliverables, and program milestones for campaigns and events.
Assist with budget tracking, purchase orders, and vendor invoice management.
Must Have:
2-5 years of experience in marketing, operations, events, or administrative support roles.
Strong attention to detail with high accuracy in data entry and management.
Experience working with CRM or marketing automation tools.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication skills with a collaborative approach.
Nice to Have:
Experience supporting field marketing or regional marketing programs.
Exposure to event management or sponsorship activations.
Familiarity with data reporting and campaign performance tracking.
Understanding of marketing processes and lead lifecycle management.
