Job Overview
Reporting to the Director, Marketing and Customer Care, as the Marketing and Communications Coordinator you are responsible to support various marketing and communications functions, including lead tracking and reporting, promotional signage and community events. You are also responsible for overseeing all social media channels.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
Mapping, designing, tracking, and auditing community and builder signage throughout the year.
Leading coordination and execution of showhome and/or special events to promote specific developments and new project launches.
Monitoring, auditing and updating B2B and/or B2C web environments for content accuracy, functionality and impacts.
Establishing, updating and reporting on activity of social media sites, including content management.
Staying current on social networking, developing and implementing new ways to enhance applications of technologies.
Purchasing swag/merchandise for events and staff.
Supporting production and advertising efforts.

Essential Requirements
Minimum 2 years of marketing and/or communications related experience.
Knowledge of digital marketing tactics, including SEO, Social Media and web analytics is required.
Valid driver s licence and access to a reliable vehicle.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Programs (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, SharePoint and PowerPoint) and online chat applications (Jivochat etc.)
Comfortable using Content Management Systems (HubSpot, Sitefinity), Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop), Social Media channels (Twitter, Instagram, and Facebook) and CRM system is considered an asset.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or equivalent is preferred.
