Copy Writer/ Marketing Manager

We are seeking a dynamic Copywriter / Marketing Manager to lead communication initiatives across multiple lines of business within Wealth and Brokerage domains. This role focuses on delivering high-quality, strategic content that supports both marketing campaigns and sales enablement. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to create impactful messaging, optimize communication channels, and drive engagement through data-driven insights in a fast-paced, enterprise environment. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with business and distribution partners to evaluate and prioritize communication requests Develop, edit, and refine marketing copy aligned with brand standards and best practices Manage content through defined workflows including QA, compliance, and stakeholder approvals Analyze engagement metrics and recommend improvements for communication strategies Ensure timely delivery of high-quality content aligned with business goals Act as a subject matter expert for communication channels and tools used by representatives Continuously improve communication processes, scalability, and efficiency Build strong understanding of products, services, and distribution channels Support integrated marketing campaigns and ongoing sales communication needs Required Skills: Strong writing, editing, and communication skills Strategic thinking with ability to connect business needs with communication solutions High attention to detail and commitment to quality Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Data-driven mindset with ability to analyze engagement metrics Proficiency in marketing communication processes and workflows Preferred Skills: Experience in communications, content development, marketing, or sales support Experience working in Wealth, Brokerage, or Financial Services domains Familiarity with email marketing and communication tools Education: Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) preferred
