Core Brand Specialist - Powersports Industry - Remote + 70% travel

THE RIGHT STAFF is partnering with a global distributor to identify a Core Brand Specialist to support and grow their dealer network across Florida and Georgia. This fully remote, high-impact role is ideal for a driven sales professional with powersports or related industry experience who enjoys working directly with customers, analyzing market trends, and executing strategic growth initiatives.
This position plays a critical role in expanding brand presence, supporting dealer relationships, and collaborating cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and product teams to drive revenue and market share.
JOB DETAILS:
Salary target: $110, 000-$120, 000 annually (base + bonus)
Location: Fully remote (must reside in Florida or Georgia)
Territory: Florida & Georgia dealer network
Travel: Up to 70% (20-24 weeks annually, in-territory travel)
Schedule: Full-time, weekday hours with travel flexibility

ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES:
Serve as the regional face of the brand, providing in-person support and building strong relationships with dealers and partners
Develop and execute strategic sales and brand growth plans tailored to the assigned territory
Analyze market trends, customer data, and regional performance to identify opportunities for growth and increased market share
Partner with Regional Sales Managers and sales teams to drive product knowledge, campaigns, and sales performance
Lead and support sales forecasting, budgeting, and inventory planning initiatives
Utilize CRM tools to track activity, manage customer data, and drive informed decision-making
Collaborate with product and design teams to provide market insights and contribute to product development and positioning
Deliver training, presentations, and promotional materials during onboarding and national sales meetings
Evaluate program effectiveness and recommend improvements to sales and product strategies
Manage multiple projects, priorities, and travel schedules independently
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
5+ years of experience in sales, marketing, or brand management within the powersports or related industry required
Experience working with dealer networks (powersports, aftermarket, agriculture, tools, or similar industries preferred)
Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent industry experience may be considered
Proven ability to collect, analyze, and leverage market data to drive business decisions
Strong project management skills, including budgeting, planning, and inventory control
Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities
Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal
Self-motivated with strong persuasion skills and the ability to work independently in a remote environment
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and CRM systems; familiarity with Adobe Suite is a plus
Comfortable with extensive travel and frequent face-to-face customer interaction
