This role serves as the communications channel lead supporting multiple business lines, focused on delivering timely and effective messaging to field representatives. Responsibilities include partnering with marketing, product, and distribution teams to manage and execute communication requests, particularly within the email channel. The position involves drafting and refining content such as landing pages and rep communications, guiding materials through established approval processes including compliance and quality assurance, and ensuring all deliverables align with strategy and are delivered on time. Ongoing analysis of engagement metrics is expected to inform improvements and optimize communication effectiveness.

The role requires 6-9 Years of experience and brings strong writing, editing, and communication skills, along with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. This role blends copywriting and production management, requiring collaboration with business partners to understand needs, ensure messaging accuracy, and oversee execution through development and distribution. Success in this role depends on attention to detail, adherence to standards, and a proactive, strategic mindset. Experience reviewing others' written work, managing approval workflows, and familiarity with tools such as E-Review are preferred.
