Angott Search Group is partnering with a $875 million Michigan credit union to identify a Vice President of Marketing. This leader will advance the organization's mission by driving marketing, brand, communications, and business intelligence strategies that support membership growth and retention.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and execute integrated marketing strategies aligned with business goals, focused on brand awareness, engagement, and growth.
  • Drive brand, membership, product, and communication initiatives across the organization.
  • Analyze campaign performance (ROI, conversion, acquisition cost, engagement) and optimize results.
  • Build and lead a high-performing marketing and BI team.
  • Oversee website and social media strategy to ensure a strong, consistent digital presence.
  • Ensure cohesive messaging across all channels, including campaigns, collateral, and advertising.
  • Track and report on KPIs, identifying trends and taking action as needed.
  • Maintain a consistent brand voice across all touchpoints.
  • Utilize a mix of traditional and digital marketing tools to effectively reach target audiences.

Job Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field.
  • Proven success executing strategic marketing plans that drive growth.
  • Experience across branding, project management, product development, and digital/traditional marketing.
  • Leadership experience with responsibility for planning, team management, and budgeting.
  • Strategic thinker with strong execution skills.
  • Ability to perform in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Strong leadership, team-building, and communication skills.
