Communications Strategist Media Analytics Lab

Job Duties:
• Learn and be familiar enough with Sprout Social to be able to discuss its capabilities and write promotional materials.
• Help develop promotional and informational materials for the lab (e.g., slide decks, one pagers, website or social content).
• Work closely with the Lab Director on ongoing projects, planning, documentation, and lab operations.
• Work with team members to coordinate and schedule software demos or training sessions when requested by faculty, students, or external partners.
• Work with existing clients and team members to support promotion of the media analytics lab.
• Support lab strategy and growth, including identifying areas of opportunity for research, teaching, and partnerships.
• Occasional attendance of university events.
Preferred Qualifications: Advertising & Public Relations, Marketing, Sports Communication, or related major in 3 rd or 4 th year at Bradley University. Preferred completion of COM 101, COM 219, MTG 150, and/or COM 360.
Work Schedule: Flexible, with regular weekly or bi-weekly check-ins with the Lab Director. Anticipated Hours Per Week: 7 hours per week
Pay: $15/hour
