In this role, you’ll be at the heart of our growth efforts — helping us tell our story, expand our reach, and strengthen our client relationships. You’ll work side-by-side with attorneys, Firm leadership, and our administrative team on projects that range from social media campaigns to client events, from marketing materials to public relations.

We’re looking for someone who can manage multiple projects and deadlines, think strategically and collaboratively, offer creative thought, and roll up their sleeves to get things done.

What You’ll Do

 Bring Our Brand to Life

  • Maintain and enhance our client contact database/CRM — you’ll be our go-to for keeping it organized and effective.

  • Assist attorneys and practice groups in developing and executing marketing plans that win new business.

  • Create and update marketing materials and proposals.

  • Keep our website and online presence sharp, current, and on-brand.

 Boost Our Visibility

  • Coordinate, draft and post engaging social media content and other materials that showcases our people, work, and community involvement.

  • Work to share our successes through press releases and media coverage.

  • Track industry trends and competitors to help us stay ahead of the curve.

 Make Events Memorable

  • Help plan and execute firm-hosted events, webinars, and client receptions.

  • Manage attorney participation in conferences, seminars and sponsorships — from logistics to follow-up.

  • Measure event results to see what’s working and where we can grow.

What We’re Looking For

  • 3+ years in marketing, communications, or client services — law firm or professional services experience a plus.

  • Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects with competing deadlines.

  • Strong writing, editing, and verbal communication skills.

  • Comfort with CRM systems, Microsoft Office Suite, Litify, social media platforms, and website content management.

  • A collaborative, positive attitude — with a knack for turning ideas into action.
