• Coordinate on-site logistics to ensure smooth event operations

• Organize and manage event materials, branded displays, and promotional items

• Collect attendee data and provide feedback to improve event performance

• Support live promotions, public relations activities, and community engagement efforts

• Help onboard and guide new team members as the events team grows

• Ensure guests, donors, and attendees have a welcoming, professional experience

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Outgoing, energetic personality with a passion for public service or community engagement

• Ability to thrive in fast-paced, team-oriented environments

• Quick learner with a proactive, hands-on approach

• Comfortable speaking with diverse groups in public and event settings

• Must be 18+ and authorized to work in the U.S.
