We are hunting for an ambitious and talented marketing professional to help us leverage this fantastic opportunity and bring the spotlight to our beautiful lakeside resort. Live In Your Workspace - Enjoy the comfort of a fully furnished one-bedroom resort accommodation.

Your Mission: Create Events & Retreats in Shoulder & Off-Season
In a wholesome 3-6 month stint, your task will be to craft and execute a comprehensive events strategy to bolster occupancy during shoulder and off-peak seasons. You will be the maestro orchestrating unforgettable experiencesfrom wellness retreats to corporate getawaysthat showcase our unique natural spa offerings.
Key Responsibilities
Event Development & Marketing (40%)
Design and package 4-6 signature event types (wellness retreats, corporate events, intimate weddings, outdoor adventures).
Create compelling marketing materials and digital campaigns.
Develop pricing strategies for maximum profitability.
Operations & Execution (35%)
Coordinate logistics for all events from booking to completion.
Manage vendor relationships and on-site operations.
Ensure seamless guest experiences that drive repeat bookings.
Strategic Marketing (25%)
Leverage our Oct 10 HGTV show for maximum marketing impact.
Build partnerships with corporate travel planners and wellness influencers.
Execute social media campaigns and email marketing strategies.
Required Experience:
3-5 years in hospitality marketing, event planning, or hotel sales.
Proven track record in increasing group bookings or event revenue.
Digital marketing experience (social media, email campaigns, CRM systems).
Strong project management and vendor coordination skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Luxury hospitality or wellness industry experience.
Media relations or PR background.
Washington State tourism knowledge.
Content creation and photography skills.
Google Ads or digital marketing certifications.
Essential Qualities:
Results-driven with the ability to work independently.
Creative problem-solver who thrives under pressure.
Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
Comfortable being the face of our brand with media and corporate clients.
Compensation Package
Total Monthly Value: $2,500 - $6,000
Base Salary: $2,000 - $4,000/month in addition to housing (based on experience).
Performance Bonuses: Up to $1,500/month (based on booking targets).
Housing: Fully furnished one-bedroom unit with Mineral Water available in your room(value: $2500/month).
Utilities and resort amenities included.
Success Metrics
By the end of your 3-6 month contract, you'll have:
Launched 4-6 signature event packages.
Increased off-season bookings by 30%.
Generated $150K+ in event revenue.
Built a repeatable marketing system for future success.
