Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Product Manager to support the on-going management and future transformation of the Consumer Global Remittance business and product portfolio. This includes managing the product, supporting the development and execution of the strategic direction, managing the relationships and interactions with critical partners, and collaborating to ensure effective risk management and product performance.

**In this role, you will:**

+ Lead or participate in product management initiatives and deliverables for product lines or services

+ Contribute to product analysis across applicable markets, conduct market research and market results-oriented analysis

+ Review and analyze marketing programs for new products or enhancements including identification of market segments, product positioning, product bundling, pricing and profitability

+ Resolve moderately complex issues and lead team to meet project goals, objectives and deliverables

+ Ensure programs adhere to compliance, privacy regulations and policies

+ Collaborate and consult with managers, analysts and project teams to ensure that goals are achieved

+ Lead projects, teams or serve as a mentor

+ Lead discussions with Vendors to address service and operational performance issues

+ Provides day-to-day operational support to internal teams and third-party stakeholders

+ Act as an ambassador for your product, support product related queries, and proactively engage with implementation teams

+ Collaborate and consult with managers, stakeholders, scrum masters, project managers, and delivery team to resolve issues and achieve project goals

**Required Qualifications:**

+ 4+ years of Product Management experience, product development experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

**Desired Qualifications:**

+ Experience researching and compiling complex operational data

+ Knowledge of Waterfall and Agile/Speed to Market project methodologies

+ Experience with one or more Agile tools used for tracking user stories or backlogs, such as Confluence or Jira, and Jira Align

+ Experience with User Acceptance Testing (UAT)

+ Strong problem solving and analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy and work under pressure in a dynamic and complex environment

+ Ability to take initiative and work independently with minimal supervision in a structured environment

+ Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills

+ Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills

+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint). with the ability to build strong presentations for leadership.

+ Ability to develop partnerships and collaborate with other business and functional areas

+ Financial services experience with knowledge and understanding of compliance for cross-border payments, in particular Reg-E and BSA/AML

**Job Expectations:**

+ Ability to travel up to 15% of the time

+ This position is not eligible for Visa sponsorship

**Salary Range:**

Minnesota: $63,440-124,800 annually

California: $$70,720- $136,210 annually

Actual salary is determined by location, experience and qualifications of the job.

**Pay Range**

Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.

$87,000.00 - $168,000.00
