SUMMARY:
Responsible for leading channel management and branded assets for the Company. Collaborates with marketing team members to complete channel planning and deployment including advertising agency paid media assets, collateral, direct marketing, in branch branding and marketing sponsorships. Leads marketing support for development and evolution of appropriate customer journey experience. Ensures communication activities are in place to support the Company's culture and goals and meet client expectations.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTION:
Banking is a highly regulated industry and you will be expected to acquire and maintain a proficiency in the Bank's policies and procedures, and adhere to all laws, rules and regulations that are applicable to your conduct and the work you will be performing. You will also be expected to complete all assigned compliance training in a timely manner.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Leads channel management, ensuring brand identity and positioning aligns with company mission, vision, values and perception of all audiences.
Ensures channel plans consistently align with brand standards across all channels and touchpoints.
Assists with the execution of marketing funded sponsorships, in-branch branding and customer events.
Collaborates with team members to understand goals and build strong channel plans that support the business goals of each business line.
Ensures marketing programs meet client expectations, supports a positive client experience, and meets the business objectives of the company.
Achieves targeted results and ensures timely and effective execution of marketing tactics and programs.
Develops benchmark criteria to measure the efficiency and effectiveness of marketing programs, adjusting activities as necessary for continuous improvement.
Manages vendor relationships and monitors marketing programs to ensure high quality and that costs are within budget.
Ensures all advertising and other marketing materials meet regulatory compliance.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBLITIES:
Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.

Responsible for knowing and ensuring compliance with applicable laws, regulations and guidelines, as detailed in policies that include but are not limited to Bank Secrecy Act and other applicable anti-money-laundering rules, Fair Lending, Community Reinvestment Act, Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act, and other laws and regulations as they pertain to the position.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
The wage range for the position is $75,000-$80,000 annually. The position includes 22 days of PTO (Paid Time Off), 5 days of STD (Short Term Disability), 11 annual paid holidays and 1 float holiday.

Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or related field required.
Minimum five years' related experience required.
Supervisory experience preferred
