If so, we're looking for a dynamic Digital Experience Project Lead to join our Nationwide Financial (NF) Marketing team.

This hybrid position is based in Columbus, OH. Candidates located near a Nationwide campus will collaborate in office 2-3 days per week and enjoy the flexibility of remote work the remaining days. Current Nationwide Remote Associates will also be considered.

In this hybrid role, you'll serve as the bridge between Marketing and IT, translating bold business visions into actionable, cross-functional plans. You'll lead the charge on digital experience enhancements across Nationwide's marketing web properties-ensuring seamless collaboration between creative minds, technical experts, and enterprise stakeholders.

What You'll Do

  • Be the Conductor: Lead multi-disciplinary project teams including Site Managers, Page Builders, UX designers, SEO strategists, IT developers, Compliance, and business stakeholders to deliver high-impact digital experiences.

  • Translate Vision into Action: Turn strategic marketing goals into executable project plans, aligning technical and non-technical contributors around shared outcomes.

  • Champion Collaboration: Serve as the primary liaison between Marketing and IT, guiding teams through intake, development, testing, and deployment processes.

  • Own the Timeline: Manage project milestones, track risks, and ensure timely delivery-while keeping everyone informed from the ground floor to the executive suite.

  • Navigate Complexity: Identify cross-initiative dependencies, mitigate delivery risks, and prevent duplication or scope creep across NF and enterprise-wide efforts.

  • Tell the Story: Deliver clear, concise executive summaries that translate technical progress into business value.

  • Shape the Future: Contribute to long-term digital strategy and planning, ensuring our digital presence evolves with customer expectations and industry trends.

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience leading digital marketing or IT projects within the financial services industry.

  • A strong understanding of both marketing web ecosystems and enterprise IT processes-you speak both languages fluently.

  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence across all levels.

  • A knack for simplifying complexity and driving clarity in fast-paced, matrixed environments.

  • Experience with project management tools, agile workflows, and cross-functional team leadership.
