As a Junior Marketing Associate , youll play a key role in the planning and execution of community events and nonprofit campaigns. Working closely with the Operational Manager, youll gain hands-on experience in event coordination, customer engagement, and brand promotion . This is an entry-level opportunity ideal for recent graduates or anyone eager to grow within a mission-driven marketing environment.

• Assist in planning, organizing, and executing promotional events and marketing campaigns

• Represent nonprofit clients onsite, providing exceptional customer service and engagement

• Build and maintain strong client relationships and supporter retention

• Participate in training sessions focused on event management, public speaking, and brand knowledge

• Contribute to team projects and support general administrative tasks

• Help identify ways to improve event efficiency and community outreach efforts

• 12 years of experience in customer service, hospitality, or sales (preferred)

• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (preferred but not required)

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• High level of adaptability, initiative, and teamwork

• Strong work ethic and a coachable, growth-oriented mindset
