Overview

Sage Dental is seeking a highly strategic, creative, and results-driven Brand Manager to lead the development and execution of brand strategies for Sage Dental Kids and Orthodontics . This individual will play a key role in shaping the brand identity, increasing awareness, driving patient acquisition, and ensuring a consistent and compelling brand experience across all channels and touchpoints. This is a hands-on leadership role ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth healthcare environment and is passionate about pediatric and orthodontic care.

Responsibilities

Brand Strategy & Development

  • Define and evolve the brand vision, positioning, voice, and messaging for Sage Dental Kids and Orthodontics.
  • Conduct competitive analysis, patient segmentation, and market research to guide brand decisions.
  • Develop annual brand plans and marketing roadmaps aligned with business objectives and growth targets.

Marketing Campaigns & Patient Acquisition

  • Lead the creation and execution of integrated marketing campaigns (digital, print, events, social media) to attract and retain pediatric and orthodontic patients.
  • Oversee the development of advertising and promotional materials in collaboration with creative and media teams.
  • Monitor and optimize campaign performance using KPIs such as new patient growth, retention, brand awareness, and ROI.

Cross-Functional Leadership

  • Collaborate closely with operations, clinical leadership, patient experience, and regional teams to ensure alignment and adoption of brand initiatives.
  • Partner with marketing teams to drive consistent messaging and creative execution.
  • Act as the brand steward across all departments to maintain consistency in tone, look/feel, and standards.

Patient Experience & Innovation

  • Develop and implement unique in-practice and digital experiences that differentiate Sage Dental Kids and Orthodontics.
  • Work with internal stakeholders to refine the end-to-end patient journey, enhancing brand perception and loyalty.

Qualifications

  • 7+ years of brand marketing experience, preferably in healthcare, retail, or consumer services.
  • Proven track record of managing and growing brands, ideally in pediatric, orthodontic, or family-focused sectors.
  • Experience overseeing brand campaigns across digital and traditional media.
  • Strong analytical skills and comfort with data-driven decision-making.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and project management abilities.
  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field required; MBA a plus.

Preferred Attributes

  • Passion for children's healthcare and/or orthodontics.
  • Hands-on experience in multi-location or franchise-based business models.
  • Ability to work independently and lead cross-functional teams with influence.
  • Creative thinker with a sharp eye for brand aesthetics and storytelling.
