You are:
You are a problem solver who loves advertising and is a champion of the work. You are a master at the basics of account management having mastered on managing timelines, budgets, status reports and all the details that account management requires. You are currently flexing your strategic and business muscle to become an even stronger partner to your agency counterparts and the client. The Account Supervisor works closely with the Account Director in managing the day-to-day relationship between Accenture Song and the client in an ongoing client relationship marketing program. This position collaborates with the Account Director to ensure client(s) marketing objectives and service needs are being met and oversees quality of work. The Account Supervisor also works closely with the Account Director in overseeing the management of account financials and project hours to ensure efficient use of all resources.
The work:
Work with the Account Director and internal team, and interface with clients to ensure projects are on target with objectives, budget and schedule
Establish and maintain a direct relationship with the client
Create client communications relating to purpose, rationale, needs and due dates
Facilitate communications, update status reports, participate in status meetings and issue call reports. Ensure deliverables are met
Work with the Account Director and review and provide input on materials being sent to client to ensure client's marketing objectives are being met
Intercede between day-to-day client and day-to-day team for issues related to changes in project scope, budget or strategic creative direction
Initiate and manage processes related to pricing, invoicing and budgets, to obtain approvals. Support the team in developing new or renewal contracts
Accept and distribute client changes to internal team
Support Account Director in developing strategic proposals
Qualification
Here's what you'll need:
Minimum 5 years of experience in account management on the agency side, or marketing
Minimum 3 years of agency or client-side experience managing complex relationships and delivering multi-channel campaigns.
Minimum 3 years of experience working in a matrix team environment delivering campaigns that could include film, digital, social and real life activations.
Bonus points if:
Solid understanding of creative and production processes across channels
Experience working with B2B clients and/or working on B2B campaigns
Experience working on Global campaigns, or in Global markets
Ability to independently manage multiple projects simultaneously
Ability to inspire and lead teams by setting forth a vision for the account
Ability to negotiate SOWs on behalf of the Agency and manage scope with Client
Experience or category knowledge for assigned client preferred

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, District of Columbia, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New York or Washington as set forth below.
