Product Marketing Operations Manager

We are seeking aProduct Marketing Operations Managerto join our dynamic Product Marketing team. This new role is central to enabling the future of our global Product Marketing function to operate at scale, run smoothly, and continuously evolve.

At the intersection of Product, Sales, and Marketing / Communications, you will develop and maintain the connective tissue for Product Marketing that keeps programs moving, processes optimized, and stakeholders aligned. What Youll Do:

• Operational excellence :Support the Product Marketing team in all aspects of execution, including quarterly planning and progress tracking to documentation, calendar coordination, and stakeholder communications
• Process optimization : Partner closely with team leads to identify inefficiencies and implement best practices,standardize workflows, optimize cross-functional processes, and maintain alignment across key horizontal programs
• Project management : Enable the team to focus on executing high impact programs and deliverables by triaging incoming requests, managing internal SLAs, and ensuring priorities stay aligned with company and product strategy
• Cross-functional coordination : Ensure stakeholder alignment and be the operational glue across key internal partners like Sales Enablement, Marketing, and Portfolio Management to drive seamless execution
• Product launch process : Maintain all GTM operational components (briefs, reviews, timelines, approvals) so the process runs smoothly, consistently, and transparently
• Systems management : Own and managecore toolingand platforms (e.g., Coda, SharePoint, Highspot, Jira, etc) to ensure data consistency, version control, and visibility
• Data & insights : Build and manage reporting framworks to measure operational performance and impact to help us understand and continuously refine how we work

What You Bring:

• 5+ years experience in operations, project/program management, product marketing, product management or similar roles in a B2B or SaaS/tech environment
• Ahighly organized, detail-oriented approach and the ability to juggle multiple workstreams across continents, time zones, and stakeholders
• Acollaborative mindsetyou bring people together, not apart. Youre flexible, not overly opinionated, and more focused on outcomes than ownership
• Proven ability to justget things done. You dont wait for perfect clarity or permissionyou move forward, adjust, and communicate as you go
• Comfortable working inmatrixed organizationswith many moving parts and diverse stakeholder groups
• Familiarity with CRM, project management tools, modern information architecture tools, and sales enablement tools is a plus
