Summary : The Marketing Manager will focus on creating and executing traditional marketing strategies and campaigns, overseeing creative development, and ensuring all marketing activities align with our company’s objectives. Additionally, this role uniquely blends creative content development, digital and print advertising, and experiential event marketing with strategic oversight and team leadership while collaborating across departments. The Marketing Manager will be experienced in managing creative projects and possess a strong strategic vision to elevate our brand and drive business growth in the wholesale printing market. The Marketing will have a deep understanding of both traditional and digital marketing, as well as experience in the wholesale or B2B sectors.

Schedule : 1st shift, Monday-Friday, eight or more hours per day, five days per week based on business needs. Primary schedule will be 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, or similar.

Salary Range: $120,000 To 140,000 Annually

Compensation commensurate with experience.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:

  • Strategic Marketing Planning: Lead the development and execution of marketing strategies that align with the company’s business goals. Focus on initiatives to increase market share, brand awareness, and customer loyalty. Create and execute strategies that drive awareness, interest, develop pipeline growth and demand for the company’s products and/or services, with the ultimate goal of generating high-quality leads that convert into revenue.
  • Creative Direction: Lead the creative process, ensuring that all marketing materials (brochures, flyers, catalogs, ads, etc.) are compelling, on-brand, and effectively communicate our value proposition to target audiences.
  • Brand Development: Work to enhance and strengthen the company’s brand identity through consistent messaging and positioning across all marketing touchpoints.
  • Brand Management: Ensure the consistency of the brand voice and visual identity across all marketing channels. Act as the guardian of the brand, making sure all materials reflect the company’s values and mission.
  • Campaign Execution: Manage the end-to-end execution of marketing campaigns, from planning and budgeting to creative development, production, and performance tracking.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the sales, customer service, and product teams to understand business needs, gather insights, and ensure marketing efforts are aligned with company goals.
  • Market Research & Trend Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions to inform marketing strategies. Conduct research to understand customer needs and competitive landscape.
  • Event Management: Organize and manage company events, trade shows, and client presentations, ensuring a seamless experience that highlights the company’s capabilities.
  • Content Creation & Management: Oversee the development of high-quality content, including printed materials, advertisements, newsletters, and other traditional marketing collateral, ensuring it aligns with the marketing strategy.
  • Budget Oversight: Manage the marketing budget for traditional initiatives, ensuring cost-effective strategies and measurable ROI for each campaign.
  • Metrics & Reporting: Analyze the effectiveness of traditional marketing campaigns and generate reports to assess performance. Use insights to optimize future marketing strategies.
  • Team Leadership : Manage and guide any internal or external creative resources (graphic designers, agencies, etc.) to deliver high-quality, on-brand content and marketing materials.
  • Customer Engagement & Retention: Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer engagement and retention, building long-term relationships with key clients.
  • Others as assigned.

EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS

EDUCATION, LICENSES, CERTIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCES:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • Three (3) – five (5) years of experience in marketing, with a focus on B2B, wholesale, and print industry experience.
  • One (1) – two (2) years experience leading a cross-functional team overseeing project execution, performance management and team development to successfully deliver on key organizational goals.

CRITICAL KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES REQUIREMENTS:

  • Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and techniques.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience with trade show planning and event management.
  • Experience managing marketing budgets and analyzing ROI.
  • Strong creative direction skills, with the ability to generate innovative ideas and oversee the production of marketing materials.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRMs (Salesforce, HubSpot), marketing automation tools, AI, Tableau, Jira and Power BI.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and execute innovative campaigns.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
