A premium brand in the luxury home appliance space is looking for a Commercialization & PIM Manager to lead the charge on product launches and ensure their product data game is rock solid.

This is where high-performance project management meets precision product storytelling. You’ll bring cross-functional teams together, build scalable systems, and make sure every launch is ready to hit the market with polish and punch.

What You’ll Own

You’ll be the go-to driver for commercialization strategy and PIM execution, managing everything from kickoff to post-launch.
Your core focus:

• Run the entire go-to-market process—from early-stage planning to sales floor delivery

• Maintain a centralized commercialization tracker and lead weekly syncs with stakeholders

• Deliver marketing assets and sales tools that give reps what they need to close

• Manage and optimize the PIM platform—accuracy, consistency, and syndication across all channels

• Oversee data workflows for product specs, descriptions, pricing, dimensions, and attributes

• Ensure clean, accurate integration with web, dealer, and e-commerce platforms

You’re Right for This If You:

• Excel at herding cats and closing loops—fast

• Think and operate in systems, not chaos

• Speak fluent project management (Asana, Excel, Gantt charts—whatever works)

• Know how to translate technical data into usable content for multiple audiences

• Have experience in manufacturing or physical products, especially in premium or design-driven categories

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s in Marketing, Business, IT, or related field

• Strong experience with Product Information Management (PIM) tools and principles

• Background in commercialization and product launches

• Clear communicator with a bias toward execution

• PMP certification is a plus
