Marketing & Relationship Manager - Social Media + Referral Development

Burg Simpson, one of Colorado’s top law firms, is looking for a Marketing & Relationship Manager to lead our social media presence and referral relationship development with medical professionals, community leaders, and other law firms.

This is not your average marketing role. You’ll play a key part in helping injured people find trusted representation—by amplifying our voice, building our brand, and creating meaningful partnerships across Colorado and beyond.

What You’ll Do:

• Develop and execute engaging, on-brand social media campaigns that highlight our attorneys, successes, values, and community impact
• Grow our presence and reputation on platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and TikTok
• Cultivate and maintain relationships with referring attorneys, chiropractors, orthopedic doctors, therapists, and other medical providers
• Organize and attend networking events, sponsorship opportunities, and community engagement initiatives
• Collaborate with leadership to identify high-value relationship opportunities and turn them into referrals
• Support digital branding efforts including video production, attorney profiles, and firm announcements

What We’re Looking For:

• A natural people-person with strong communication and networking skills
• 3+ years in marketing, communications, or business development (legal or medical marketing a plus)
• Proven success managing social media accounts and growing brand engagement
• Comfortable meeting face-to-face with providers, attorneys, and other community stakeholders
• Creative, proactive, and professional with excellent writing skills
• Passionate about helping people and making a difference through impactful branding and outreach
