As an acknowledged authority within Oracle, this senior level consulting position is responsible for creating and implementing innovative solutions with industry-wide impact focusing on data and customer experience transformations. Leads the client discovery, road mapping and implementation aspects of engagement(s) ensuring high quality, integrated solutions within constraints of time and budget.
Responsibilities
This role is responsible for crafting and executing innovative customer experience, marketing and data strategies to enhance Oracles visibility, attract new clients, and strengthen relationships with existing clients and referral networks. The Senior Strategist will oversee aspects of our clients customer experience journeys, including sales, marketing, and services from digital campaigns and content creation, to brand management and performance analytics, to martech recommendations and data collection processes. These programs will be within a set of clients to ensure that their mission and values are effectively communicated across all channels. This is an opportunity to make a meaningful impact by driving growth and fostering client trust with some of the biggest brands in the world. As a thought leader and trusted advisor, effectively influences difficult decisions at the leadership-level of customer experience organizations. Drives customer process direction and decisions by providing domain leadership within relevant industries on end-to-end enterprise solutions. Creates new solution sets based on assessment of industry needs, market demands and knowledge of competitive product offerings
The Senior Strategist balances data and creativity to produce effective customer experience strategies. To achieve this, some of the job duties include:
