Marketing Operations Specialist (W2 Contract)

Pay Rate: $32$35/hr (W2 only)

As a Marketing Operations Specialist , you'll play a key role in ensuring the efficiency and compliance of our US Marketing efforts. This position supports the Medical Legal Regulatory (MLR) process within the highly regulated medical device space.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner with marketing teams and external agencies to submit promotional materials for MLR review.

  • Manage the MLR submission list, ensuring timely review and approval of assets.

  • Monitor and track review progress to meet deadlines and compliance requirements.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues within the approval workflow.

  • Educate teams on MLR compliance procedures and best practices.

  • Coordinate training sessions and communications for agencies, marketers, and reviewers.

  • Provide regular progress updates and reports to stakeholders and leadership.

  • Maintain strong attention to detail and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

  • Act as a subject matter expert on MLR processes for U.S. Commercial teams.

  • Drive process improvements and efficiencies across marketing operations.

  • Collaborate across teams including Regulatory, Reimbursement, and Clinical to ensure full commercial compliance.

Qualifications:
  • Strong project management skills and ability to drive cross-functional collaboration.

  • Familiarity with MLR systems and processes (Veeva PromoMats, Adobe AEM, Workfront a plus).

  • Proficiency in coordinating marketing review workflows in a regulated environment.

  • Comfortable leading training and presenting process updates.

  • Ability to quickly learn and apply regulatory guidelines related to promotional content.
