UBQ Materials is looking for a creative and motivated Social Media Intern to join our team. You'll support the marketing team by creating content, scheduling posts, engaging with followers, and analyzing performance across various platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and eventually TikTok. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in digital marketing and social media strategy.

Responsibilities:

• Propose, create, and execute content across social media platforms
• Use Canva or Adobe to create digital assets
• Create video content supportive of approved content
• Maintain monthly posting calendar
• Monitor social channels for trends and engagement opportunities
• Engage with followers and respond to comments/messages
• Help analyze performance metrics and generate reports

Qualifications:

• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Familiarity with major social media platforms
• Creative mindset with an eye for design and trends
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience with Canva or Adobe, and Hootsuite

Position Requirements:

• Miami or Orlando, FL based with the ability to attend in-person meetings (with sufficient notice)
• Minimum 30 hours per week (flex up to 40 if needed)
• This is a paid internship
• Ability to use your own laptop/device
