Overview

The US Oncology Network is looking for a Remote Digital Marketing Manager to join our team at Texas Oncology . This hybrid remote position will support our Dallas Merit Offices at 12221 Merit Drive.

This is a hybrid remote position meaning that the employee will be required to come into our home office on occasion for meetings and training.

What does the Digital Marketing Manager do?

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Manager to plan, execute, and manage all digital marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of SEO, SEM, paid advertising, social media, and email marketing. They will manage Texas Oncology's overall media strategy, including social media accounts, creating email campaigns, and delegating tasks to copywriters, content creators, and other marketing team members. Staying up to date on the latest digital and social media trends is crucial for this role.

Responsibilities

The essential duties and responsibilities:

  • Plan, execute, and manage all digital marketing for Texas Oncology, including SEO, SEM, paid advertising, email marketing, and social media.
  • Establish and execute a digital marketing strategy aligned to organization’s goals and objectives.
  • Partners with writers, marketers, and other stakeholders to maintain Texas Oncology’s digital presence.
  • Maintain consistent brand messaging across all digital channels.
  • Identify, analyze, and measure trends to assess digital performance and optimize media mix, channel strategy, and overall user experience and engagement.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive digital marketing campaigns aligned to editorial calendar to deliver targeted content.
  • Create and manage content for Texas Oncology’s social media, emails, and other forms of digital communication.
  • Research, track, and analyze consumer behaviors and trends and implement findings into digital marketing campaigns.
  • Prepare reports and analytics on the overall performance of various marketing campaigns, including ROIs and KPIs.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm new and innovative growth strategies and marketing techniques.
  • Develop and monitor campaign budgets.
  • Stay up to date on the latest social media trends and implement in Texas Oncology’s marketing campaigns.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate for the position will have the following background and experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, digital marketing or related area of study
  • 7+ years experience in digital marketing or a related field.
  • Social media savvy, with a passion for staying on top of trends.
  • Strong sense of creativity, imagination, and innovation.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with other departments.
  • In-depth knowledge of various digital media platforms and best practices.
  • Ability to analyze consumer metrics, reports, and trends.
  • Strong project management and managerial skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of current digital trends.
  • Proficiency in photo and video editing software.
  • Experience with SEO and SEM strategy and keyword research.
  • Understanding of website analytics tools, such as Google Analytics.
  • Analytical mind, with a passion for measuring data.
