Proposal Specialist

Actively seeking a Proposal Specialist coordinates the development and submission of winning proposals, collaborating with internal teams to create compelling and compliant responses to requests for proposals (RFPs), and other opportunities. This role ensures timely delivery and meets client needs. This position will support a new department within the company, as the organization continues to expand and grow.

Responsibilities
  • Edit and check proposals to ensure they contain necessary and correct information.
  • Create proposal frameworks, organizational charts, and manage the request for proposal processes.
  • Facilitate the proposal process from creation to completion.
  • Serve as the subject matter expert (SME) for CRM software.
  • Develop and maintain a library of proposals.
Essential Skills
  • Experience Writing Proposals, with a specific focus on Editing and Checking Proposals
  • 2+ years of experience in Project Management or Coordination
  • Experience with Technical Writing, including Contract Writing
  • Strong Understanding of the RFP, RFI, and RFQ Processes
  • Experience with CRM software
Additional Skills & Qualifications
  • Experience in Contract Review, Proposal Management, and Contract Administration
  • Specific CRM software experience within Uninet or similar system
Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $45.00/hr.
