The ideal candidate will possess a strong ability to quickly learn, build relationships, and deliver proven results in business development. This position is ideal for someone who thrives on growing strategic partnerships and expanding market reach.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, develop, and maintain key relationships to support organizational growth strategies
• Engage in outreach efforts to expand business opportunities
• Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to align goals and strategies
• Track business development efforts and provide performance reports to leadership
• Represent the organization at relevant industry events and meetings

What Youll Bring:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development within the AEC (Architecture, Engineering, and Construction) industry.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; friendly and approachable demeanor.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to quickly understand client needs and market trends.
• Local network in the VA area is highly desirable.
