Job Requirements and Duties

 

  • MBA
  • Proven work experience as a VP of Marketing, Sales, Operations or other senior role
  • 10+ years of progressive marketing leadership, preferably in food, CPG, or manufacturing sectors.
  • Food Industry 
  • Proven track record in brand building, market expansion, and team leadership.
  • Manage, mentor and grow a team of brand strategy leaders.
  • Establish financial targets, business objectives, and brand strategies that will facilitate positive company growth.
  • Analyze consumer trends, market dynamics, and competitive benchmarks to inform strategic initiatives.
  • Drive digital transformation across marketing platforms, harnessing data to optimize performance and engagement.
  • Working closely with finance and operation teams.
  • Leverage market research, consumer behavior analysis, and competitive insights to guide strategy.
  • Work with third-party research firms to support product development and culinary innovation.
  • Monitor expenditures, optimize resource allocation, and report regularly to senior leadership on performance and ROI.
  • Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction.
  • Experience leading and mentoring high-performance teams.
  • Demonstrable experience designing and implementing successful marketing campaigns.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using data to inform marketing decisions.
  • Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
