Senior Account Executive / Director
The Senior Account Executive is responsible for leading MRA’s client event tours including managing client relationships and overseeing activities of the tour team. Job essentials include the management of tour logistics, schedules and staffing to ensure quality delivery and a brand experience that meets and exceeds client expectations.
Daily responsibilities include managing the documentation and communication of tour details, such as Run of Show, in MRA and/or shared client databases to ensure the accuracy of tour information.
Additionally, the Account Executive is responsible for monitoring tour scope and costs to advise and guide clients and ensure project profitability and success. This includes actively working with their respective Director to document and communicate challenges and offer proactive solutions.
As an experienced member of the team, Senior AEs are also expected to monitor and mentor existing Account Executives and assist with the new Account Executive onboarding process.
