Job Title: Telemarketing Manager Company: Location: Raleigh, NC Description: Integral Resources Inc Job Posting www.integralresources.com Full Time Telemarketing Manager- Flexible Schedule Required We currently have a Telemarketing Manager position available in our Durham Call Center. The Telemarketing Manager position monitors campaigns and enforces IRI standard policies on the calling floor, recruits prospective employees, coaches and counsels Fundraising Representatives, and assists Call Center Director in the running of telemarketing shifts. This position reports directly to the Call Center Director. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Recruits, monitors, coaches, and provides as needed training to develop and improve fundraiser performance. Conducts advanced training sessions and client briefings. Handles disciplinary action as necessary and as directed by the management staff. Prepares monitoring report. Implements the change of staff assignments and other strategies to achieve shift and campaign goals. Performs close of shift duties including, but not limited to: turning off and cleaning fundraising stations, and filing all shift paperwork. Responsible for operating and managing the dialer system. Prepares and submits reports relating to daily call center operations. Managers must do a weekly tier breakdown of calling staff for proper campaign assignments. Each manager is responsible for PRO-actively addressing shift issues with their CCD?s and developing and implementing plans to address the issues affecting their shifts. Manager Responsibilities Managers are to follow the rep to lead ratio assignment guidelines. Each manager is responsible for the actions and direct supervision of all calling staff and assigned part-time supervisors. Detailed shift summaries must be submitted to the operating team no later than one half hour after the shift has been completed. Qualifications: Education and Experience: High School Diploma or General Education Degree; one year direct calling experience in automated dialer environment; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Candidate must be energetic and enthusiastic, an effective motivator, knowledgeable about political candidates, parties, and general government structure, and possess effective verbal and written communication skills.
